The Voice UK increased its lead over Let It Shine in the latest viewing figures last night.
It was week six of the two shows going head to head on BBC and ITV and there was a clear victory.
Let It Shine - which originally premiered to an audience of 6.3 million back on January 7 - dipped to a new low as the series went live.
The main performance show saw an audience of 4.6 million viewers, down 100,000 on last week, despite not clashing with The Voice UK for the first time this year.
Later, the live results show which did go head to head with The Voice UK dropped to 3.7 million viewers as the first five boys were sent home.
The Voice UK took advantage and scored a series high, matching its launch night figure which was originally behind Let It Shine.
Last night's penultimate blind auditions had an audience of 6 million, up a strong 600,000 on last weekend.
Meanwhile, earlier in the evening on BBC One yesterday, Casualty was steady at 4.7 million viewers against The Voice UK, airing between the two episodes of Let It Shine. Drama series Taboo dropped back down again to a series low, posting a figure of 3.3 million.
Over on ITV, Ninja Warrior UK jumped another 200,000 viewers week-on-week to a new series high of 3.8 million while Through the Keyhole with Keith Lemon was up 200,000 on last weekend with 3.4 million viewers.
