The Britain’s Got Talent 2014 start date is fast approaching and today ITV have teased some new trailers.
The clips, which will air on ITV over the next week, feature Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon in their dressing rooms getting prepared for the show.
The mums are seen getting a five minute call but are distracted by looking after their own kids.
Paloma Faith’s Trouble With My Baby features as the backing of the two short clips, which are no doubt making light of Simon Cowell’s entry into fatherhood this year.
The BGT start date has yet to be announced although David Walliams previously revealed it would be some time in April.
The new series will run its auditions throughout that month and into May before the week of live semi-final shows sometime towards the end of May and/or beginning of June.
David told Radio 2: “The life shows (are) in May and I think the show is on TV in April.”
The most likely start date is April 12 as this would follow the last instalment of Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway the previous weekend on April 5.
However we should stress that as it stands nothing is confirmed by ITV and the official BGT start date won’t be announced for some weeks yet.
