Jason Gardiner will return to the panel for Dancing On Ice 2013, it's been claimed.
The critical ice judge was axed last year, but after ratings fell bosses are set to replace him.
A source told The Sun newspaper today: “Jason is coming back and is excited. He’s missed being on the show.
“But his return will not necessarily mean that Louie gets the shove. He and Jason are great pals and have very different approaches to judging.
“The show could do with a boost because ratings this year were massively down on the previous series. Whether Jason can save the show is anyone’s guess but he will certainly bring back the controversy.”
German pro skater Katarina Witt, who joined the show this year, isn't going to be invited back, the tabloid claims.
Head judge Robin Cousins will remain, the only judge to have so far appeared on every single series since the first.
And the paper reveals that Louie Spence could also be back, with bosses hunting another female pro skater to join the panel as a fourth judge.
