Eliminated Dancing On Ice celeb Charlene Tilton has said she's glad to be out of the show after suffering from a shoulder injury.
Speaking after her exit on Sunday night, Charlene revealed staying on the show could've left her in even more pain.
"Had it gone on any more I think I could have injured my shoulder more. It's had no chance to heal," she said.
In an interview with The Sun, Charlene continued: "I've been skating through the pain. Matthew (skate partner Matt Gonzalez) has been great. At the end of the day he said, 'Staying in another week, is it worth being on the operating table?' "
Meanwhile Charlene explained how the show's gruelling training process has left her looking like a different person!
She said: "I was at the gym the other day for the first time and there was a mirror and I was naked and I glanced in the mirror and I was like, 'Whose is that back?'
"I didn't even recognise my own back, so I'm all naked in the changing room going, 'Oooh oooh! I've got none of those love handles that hang over your bras!'"
