Love Island's Zara Holland has issued a warning to this year's contestants in the villa.
Although it may be too late for some of them.
Former Miss Great Britain Zara appeared in last year's series but didn't exactly have the easiest of times.
Poor Zara struggled with dates and then ended up losing her Miss GB crown after finally getting cosy with one of her fellow islanders.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, Zara said this week: “If I had my time on the show again I would definitely do things differently,
“I wouldn’t have sex for a start. It’s so hypocritical that everyone around me was at it like rabbits but I was the one who lost everything. And I only had sex once, in a private room, under the covers. I regret it."
She added: “So my advice to this year’s islanders is think before you do it. It could haunt you for the rest of your career."
Zara went on to argue that that Love Island bosses should BAN contestants from having sex on the show, and shouldn't show them if they do.
"They shouldn’t be allowed to do it," she stated. "Or a couple should have been coupled-up for at least two weeks before they are allowed to have sex and it should be in private."
Love Island 2017 continues at 9PM on ITV2.
