Here’s how much the Strictly Come Dancing judges, pros and hosts are paid

How much the Strictly Come Dancing celebrities, judges and hosts are paid has reportedly been revealed.

Former head judge Len Goodman was the highest paid of the four judges, according to figures in the papers for the last series, said to be earning £120,000 a series.

Bruno Tonioli apparently got slightly less at £110,000, with both figures dwarfed by the pair’s supposed fees for Dancing With The Stars in the US which are said to be around the £1 million mark.

Both Craig Revel Horwood and Darcey Bussell also each got £110,000 for their work on Strictly, with Craig picking up an extra £60,000 for running the live tour.

Surprisingly, according to the leaked figures, both hosts Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly take home even more than the judges.

The pair reportedly enjoy a £250,000 pay day for Strictly each year with more cash from the BBC for fronting other shows, such as Claudia’s work on Film 2016 and the Great British Sewing Bee.

As for the Strictly pros, they’re rumoured to all be paid around £35,000 each series and can double that figure by appearing on the live tour.

Bigger money deals can come to the dancers after they leave, with Kristina Rihanoff said to have made £150,000 by appearing in Celebrity Big Brother last year, while Ola Jordan appeared in the I’m A Celebrity jungle.

According to The Sun newspaper, each celebrity is given a standard £25,000 fee which climbs to £40,000 at the end of October.

Those who make the Quarter Finals enjoy £60,000 which rises to £75,000 if they last an extra week and get into the semi-finals. The Strictly winner will be paid £100,000.
