Here's a first look at The Apprentice 2016 final as the winner is crowned tonight on BBC One.
After last week's interviews only Alana Spencer and Courtney Wood are left and one of them is The Apprentice 2016 winner.
But to decide who it is, there's one final task.
With just two candidates left to battle it out for the £250,000 investment, the finalists receive a call summoning them to London’s City Hall.
Lord Sugar informs them that their final task is to launch their business to create a brand and unveil their campaign, in front of a packed audience packed full of industry experts at the venue the City Hall in a few days’ time.
A number of fired candidates return as the two finalists choose key colleagues to try and help them secure the £250,000 investment.
Alana chooses Grainne, Frances, Rebecca and Olivia for her team while Courtney selects Jessica, Karthik, Sofiane and Paul.
It’s then straight to work as they set out to build a brand, make a TV advert and create a company fit for Lord Sugar.
It’s a bad start for Courtney's team as dithering and indecision over a brand name threatens to derail their presentation, and infighting on their team puts the TV advert in jeopardy.
Jessica does her best to keep the peace between Paul and Sofiane: “I’m managing two idiots!”
Elsewhere, after Alana fails to identify a U.S.P. for her business until the eleventh hour it’s a mad dash to be get ready to deliver the perfect pitch.
On launch day, the finalists step up to present their plans to 250 leading industry experts - and Lord Sugar.
Courtney works with a public speaking coach to help him with his presentation, which inspires Karthik to help him find his inner confidence
As they pitch to the biggest audience of their business lives, will nerves get the upper hand, or will the candidates rise to the occasion and deliver a winning pitch?
In the boardroom, business plans are evaluated, and ad campaigns assessed, but there can only one winner. It’s heartbreak for one and ecstasy for the other, as Lord Sugar finally picks his next business partner.
Tune in to find out who will be Lord Sugar’s next business partner and hear the words ‘You’re Hired’ in The Apprentice 2016 final tonight on Sunday 18th December, 9pm on BBC One and BBC One HD.
Lord Sugar, the winner and the runner up will then join host You're Hired with host Rhod Gilbert at 10PM, also on BBC One tonight, alongside guests Claude Littner, TV presenter and Apprentice fan Myleene Klass and comedian Hal Cruttenden for the first exclusive interview with Lord Sugar’s new business partner.
