The threesome have led the polls and bookies odds since the first live show, and while there have been some surprise eliminations, they've stayed strong.
The trio, along with Chris Maloney, are the only acts yet to been in the bottom two, and based on past X Factor history it means they're the only acts you can win, as no winner has ever been in the sing off.
However while Ella, Jahmene and James had a lead over the rest of the field, splitting them up looks to be a hard task.
This week saw Jahmene become the new favourite to win the X Factor after a string of excellent performances piling the pressure onto second favourite Ella who has drifted from 13/8 to 7/4 with William Hill. Jahmene is the 6/4 front runner.
James has come in from 3/1 to 5/2 to win the show after a series of solid performances from the Teesider including an Adele cover last week and an acoustic version of LMFAO’s ‘Sexy and I know it.’
“At one point Ella looked like making the X Factor a one horse race, but she has real competition in James & Jahmene now and needs a big performance this Saturday,” said William Hill spokesman Mark Young.
Rylan Clark is the 4/6 favourite to be voted out this weekend with Christopher Maloney at 3/1. Union J are 4/1 for the boot. James Arthur is 16/1 with the under pressure Ella at 25/1 and Jahmene 33/1.

Sunday's results show will feature performances from Alicia Keys and Olly Murs, as well as one more act being given the boot.
