Dannii Minogue has ruled herself out of a return to The X Factor UK.
At least for this year.
Speaking on the BRITs red carpet last night, Aussie star Dannii declared: “Definitely not coming back to the X Factor UK this year… but never say never [in the future].”
Dannii went on to praise her sister Kylie for her work on The Voice UK, saying: “I’m just in the spectator seat. I’m just at home watching my sister on The Voice ripping it up.
“It’s nice to arrive seeing so many great comments, I’m Kylie to win, team Kylie!”
The former X Factor judge continued: “I’ve never seen the British series before but I think there’s a really good combination of coaches. She didn’t at to do it for a long time but now she’s ready. I think by the end of it she’ll get so much out of it
For now, it’s all about Australia and her son for Dannii.
She added: “I am flying back to the sunshine in a few hours. Home is definitely in Melbourne, my little baby boy, everything is revolving around him and the family’s all there.
“You gotta kinda regroup and keep it together, he’s just started kindergarten.”
Earlier this week saw Kylie encourage Dannii to return to The X Factor alongside Simon Cowell and Cheryl Cole.
“Dannii has done so well on X Factor Australia, she won it with her artist. She’s got better and better and this year. In the words of Louis Walsh, she nailed it!” Kylie told The Sun this week. “So yes, I would like to see her back.
“I think I’m with the whole country when I say the show has been missing her and Simon and Cheryl. It would be very exciting to see them back.”
