Rylan Clark-Neal lands his own ITV gameshow - based on RUSSIAN DOLLS

Mad new show 'Babushka' will see contestants open nesting dolls to win big money

Big Brother 2016

ITV chiefs have reportedly given Celebrity Big Brother's Rylan Clark-Neal his own bonkers gameshow - based on RUSSIAN DOLLS.

The Essex boy has slowly been climbing the TV ladder since taking part in The X Factor in 2012.

And now The Sun claims he's about to reach new heights with his first major solo presenting gig for ITV.

The newspaper says Rylan will front 'Babushka', a new gameshow which involves contenders using their knowledge to open Russian nesting dolls.

If they find a smaller doll inside, they can continue to play - but if they don't, they leave with nothing.

(If that sounds a little bit too mad to you, don't worry - we've checked and it's definitely not April 1st.)

"From his showbiz segment on This Morning to presenting Xtra Factor – Rylan has been a huge hit with ITV viewers," an insider commented.

"Given his energetic and bubbly personality, ITV chiefs think Rylan will be the perfect presenter for this fun new game show."

Producers are apparently now looking for contestants for a 20-episode first series. ITV has yet to officially comment.

Rylan is the face of Big Brother spin-off Bit On The Side and regularly hosts showbiz segments on This Morning.

However, he recently lost his job on The Xtra Factor after bosses decided to axe the show.
